Fall is finally here for REAL. *throws leaves* 😀
Anyways, I’m here today with the third and final part of our road trip. 🙂
The pictures above were taken at Icelandic State Park. I didn’t get a ton of pictures there, but it was really pretty. 🙂
The next morning, we got up and drove into Minnesota to see Lake Superior. We went up on a big mountain ledge that overlooked the entire lake. The view was amazing!
I really love how the clouds look in this one!
The walk back down the path was lined with flowers.
After Minnesota, we drove down to Wisconsin. We got frozen custard, which was really good. I’d never had that before. 😀 We slept at a hotel in Wisconsin that night.
The next morning we visited the birthplace of Laura Ingalls, which was REALLY cool. The cabin was so tiny!
There was this cool-looking barn across the road.
After seeing the cabin, we drove to Lake Pepin.
This sign reminded me of a Dr. Suess book. 😛
After that, we stopped at a gas station. There was a shed next to the parking lot with this amazing door, so out came the camera again! XD My camera went through a lot on this trip…
The mountain view from the parking lot reminded me of Lava. 😉
Once we were back on the road we entered back into Minnesota over this huge bridge.
I kinda lost track of where the next two of pictures were taken. It was a lot of states to keep track of! 😛
I think this was taken in Kentucky, but I’m not sure…
Anyways, we drove down from Minnesota over the next two days until we arrived in Nashville, Tennessee. I love Nashville! We’ve been there a few times, and it’s always amazing. 😀
We visited Acme Feed & Seed, which is a famous music spot in Nashville.
City bokeh! 😮
After that, we drove home. 🙂 And thus ends our grand vacation! 😛
